An affluent South-West London neighbourhood, located to the west of Wandsworth on the south bank of the River Thames. Putney also offers excellent schools and transport links, the open spaces of Putney Heath and attractive, large Victorian houses for those with deep pockets.

A friendly and lively riverside location with plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants attracting a younger demographic. Numerous rowing clubs are located alongside the river and on weekends the riverbank sees crowds of young joggers and dog walkers. A nice place to visit and spend a Sunday afternoon.

A fun place that's open pretty late by south-west London standards. Putney is pretty nice too although I have to say there is far too much traffic. It's one of those places that feels like it's built entirely around traffic arteries
