A strong community feel
24/05/2022West Ham isn't a place people exactly rave about but I must say I rather liked it when I visited yesterday. There's a strong community feeling about the place and the area feels very multicultural. Streets of pretty attractive Victorian houses which from a glance online seem like very good value (for London!). There seem to be quite a few appealing looking restaurants for Indian or Bangladeshi cuisine. A bit lacking on the pub front I'm afraid. On the downside, West Ham station seems a long way away!
