There’s no doubt South Kensington is a gorgeous looking area, with its pretty white stucco fronted period townhouses lining its leafy residential roads not to mention the stunning and world famous Victoria and Albert and the Natural History museums on Cromwell road. It has a lovely collection of trendy bars and cafes on Exhibition road visited by its well heeled residents and tourists alike, however the moment I got off the train at the station I just couldn’t help but notice the pretentious and stiff vibe about the place and like I was constantly being judged..it definitely doesn’t have the same relaxed and inclusive vibes as other parts of London.
