This pretty, upmarket area to the north of Regent's Park is quiet and residential. With a small high street with eye-watering prices for living locally, Primrose Hill offers some of the best views of London. Transport is provided by neighbouring St John's Wood, Swiss Cottage and Camden Town.

Primrose Hill, for me, is the perfect place in London. The only downside are it’s unaffordable house prices. Famous of course for its park and stunning panoramic views over Central London which gathers crowds of diverse people from all over the world. On a summers day the park is rammed with people having picnics, people skateboarding, or couples sitting atop the hill enjoying the views. Walk out of the park and you’re surrounded by gorgeous streets with colourful period townhouses and mansions. It also has a beautiful high street which has a village feel, with lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from.
