Old Coulsdon is a village to the south-east of Coulsdon Town. Architecturally it is less picturesque than it sounds, with much of the housing having been built post-war, however it's pleasantly situated in a bowl of green space made up of Farthing Downs, Happy Valley Park and Coulsdon Common.
