An isolated part of East-London Docklands situated east of Silvertown and south of London City Airport. Heavily bombed in world war II, the area was rebuilt with council housing and remains economically deprived. North Woolwich is connected to London via the DLR and Woolwich with a free ferry and foot-tunnell.
