Home to King's Cross and St Pancras stations, the latter being the portal to Europe. A rough area in the past, it has transformed itself, retaining vibrancy with trendy places to eat, cool places to party and socialise but these days a much safer area to live and enjoy.

King's Cross has recently redeveloped an area near Central Saint Martins that was known for the seedy nightclubs rather than the unique shops that are found there nowadays. The area, Coal Drops Yard is worth a visit for its architecture alone, and with its proximity to both Kings Cross station and St. Pancras, a very easy area to explore when one is a bit stretched for time. Get a coffee from Redemption Roasters, shop around with store ranging from COS to Alain Ducasse to Aesop and finish off the day with a bite at one of the many trendy and delicious restaurants around!
