A fairly unremarkable suburb in zone 4 North-London, found to the north-west of Brent Cross. The busy Edgware Road A5 dual carriageway cuts through, detracting from enjoyment of the commercial areas. As a relatively deprived area, Colindale is currently the focus of regeneration efforts and funds from Barnet council.
