Said to be one of the nicer parts of Croydon, situated to it's east, on the London Trams line. Shops and takeaways line the Lower Addiscombe road. Addiscombe Railway Park is a community greenspace on the site of the disused railway, following the closure of Addiscombe railway station in 1993.
