28/05/2023Maida Vale is undoubtedly a "nice" area, with attractive and no doubt very expensive houses. However there doesn't seem to be much going on there. I suppose if you lived there you'd have easy access to other, more exciting parts of the city. But Maida Vale itself appears to be very dull

Quiet upmarket residential area
10/06/2023Maida Vale is a quiet upmarket residential area with its own tube station served by the bakerloo line. Filled with gorgeous townhouses and period homes although it’s perhaps a little quiet on the nightlife front. There are plenty of independent restaurants and cafes around the area, especially around Elgin Avenue / Lauderdale Road. Seems to attract a more older well to do population.
