A lively area with lots do. Packed with bars, restaurants, theatres and hotels this area north of the river and encompassing embankment is very popular with tourists and locals alike. Gordon’s wine bar, known to be London’s oldest wine bar is a great place to check out, especially in the winter with its cosy, cave like interior.

Gordon's... yes touristy but an awesome London spot. Some cracking pubs too. The Chandos of course, a classic Sam Smiths pub. And the Harp, a glorious spot for a pint.
