A quiet haven in central London
21/04/2022I'm quite a fan of Clerkenwell. Despite being very central, particularly to the Farringdon and City sort of areas, it's pretty quiet and civilised. Perhaps it's quiet due to the lack of a tube station... but then it really isn't far to Farringdon or Angel. Period houses line pretty streets and there are some cracking historic pubs. Clerkenwell is also home to the Sadler Wells Theatre
